Hello fellow humans

Well, it’s the middle of the year already! How the heck did that happen? I hope the year has been kind to you all so far. Time sure is flying by and perhaps it’s a good opportunity to push pause and check how the day to day pressures of life are affecting you.

After our resolutions become a bit diluted, it’s a great time now to focus on what’s worked and what hasn’t. Let’s keep doing what comes naturally and let go of the rest.

Like many people, you might be feeling stressed at this stage, or perhaps you’re one of those zen blissed out people. If so, more power to you and long may it continue. If not, it’s important to look for ways to keep centred and calm.
